Thank you for the warm welcome from all the veteran Daring Bakers! I am thrilled to be part of such a wonderful group of bloggers and look forward to getting to know you all better.

And thanks to all for the lovely comments and compliments on my photos. I'm still struggling with my camera - it's a pretty basic point and shoot that doesn't always want to cooperate so I'm incredibly flattered that so many of you enjoyed the photos.

Your cookies look great and you've photographed them beautifully. You even have the packaging down pat.

I felt the same way as I was dipping my mallows. I can't believe I'm making homemade chocolate-dipped cookies. If it weren't for these challenges I would just stick to what I know and love. It's nice to have one's repertoire expanded!
